Christian Psychotherapy for Patients with Cancer and Caregivers
Does your faith influence how you look at the presence of cancer in your life? Is your faith shaken because of the diagnosis? Do you long to discuss how you have been affected by cancer through a Christian worldview and Biblical lens? Do you want to explore your diagnosis in light of what the scriptures say about trials, suffering, affliction, life and death, perseverance, faith, trust, hope, and healing? I offer the service of Christian psychotherapy to patients with cancer and caregivers upon request.
I desire to help you work through your cancer journey in a warm therapeutic relationship that is centered on prayer and God’s word, empowered by the Holy Spirit, and surrendered to the infinite love of Jesus.
I provide Christian psychotherapy to individuals when specifically requested. I respect the beliefs or non-belief of all people. All are welcome in my practice- no matter what. I have found that some cancer survivors and caregivers prefer to experience therapy through a Biblical and God-centered lens. If that is you, I am delighted to tailor our sessions to suit your individual needs and preferences.
FEES
$135 for a 60 minute session
Insurance is not accepted at this time, but I will soon be IN NETWORK with CIGNA, AETNA and OPTUM in FL, WA and NC (planning on April - May 2025). However, I do not accept Medicare or Medicaid policies at this time. Upon request, I can provide a superbill to submit to insurance providers for potential reimbursement.
Cash payment is accepted by credit/debit/HSA/FSA cards and is processed through my secure client portal after each session.
Cancellation policy: Cancellations made prior to 48 hours before a scheduled session will be charged the full rate.
